Trivia
- The film is an official remake of the 2012 Danish film 'Sorte Kugler' (English title: 'What Goes Around'), which was itself based on a play.
- Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra worked together for the first time in this film, despite both having long careers in Bollywood.
- Director Indra Kumar is best known for comedy films like 'Dhamaal' and 'Ishq', but this was his first film blending comedy with a fantasy-moral theme.
- The movie's release coincided with the Diwali festival in 2022, a popular time for big Bollywood releases, but it faced competition from another major film, 'Ram Setu'.
- A key plot device involves the protagonist answering moral questions in a game show format, a concept not commonly seen in mainstream Hindi comedies.
- The film's visual effects, used to create heaven and hell sequences, were handled by multiple Indian VFX studios.
- Despite its fantasy premise, the story includes satirical references to modern issues like social media obsession and real estate scams in India.
