Storyline
Muthu is a kind farmer who lives with his sister Maragatham. When Maragatham is thrown out of her husband's house, Muthu must find a groom for her sister-in-law Gowri, who is considered unlucky. But a local thug wants to take Muthu's love Pavalam, and Muthu must choose between his own happiness and his family's honour.
