Thulladha Manamum Thullum is a 1999 Indian Tamil-language musical romantic drama film directed by debutant S. Ezhil. The story follows Kutty, a kind-hearted cable TV worker with a beautiful singing voice, who falls in love with Rukmani, a wealthy college student. His bad luck makes him appear as a ruffian every time he tries to impress her. When Rukmani loses her eyesight in an accident, Kutty sells his kidney to pay for her surgery.
