Mappillai Gounder is a 1997 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written and directed by Manivasagam. The film stars Prabhu as Subramani, Sakshi Shivanand as Priya, and Swathi as Amsavalli. The story follows Subramani, a wealthy village landlord's son, who dreams of marrying his American-raised niece Priya. Storyline
