Vadacurry is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language comedy thriller film directed by debutant Saravana Rajan. The film stars Jai as Sathish and Swathi Reddy as Naveena, with RJ Balaji in a supporting role as Karikalan. The story follows a medical representative who steals a smartphone left at a tea shop, only to discover it belongs to a dangerous gangster. His ordinary life spirals into a chaotic chase involving his family and girlfriend. The film was produced by Dayanidhi Azhagiri under Meeka Entertainment. Storyline
Sathish is a medical representative ashamed of his cheap phone. He finds a fancy smartphone at a tea shop and keeps it. The phone belongs to a ruthless gangster who will do anything to get it back. Sathish must protect his family and girlfriend while escaping the criminals. His only ally is a loud, funny crook named Vadacurry.
