Katta Panchayathu is a 1996 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by R. Raghu and written by T. K. Bose. Storyline
Rajadurai is a kind young man who hates injustice. He lives in a village where a cruel woman runs the panchayat court. When a poor woman is denied justice, Rajadurai steps in and forces the rich man to marry her. This makes him enemies with the chief and her violent sons. He must fight to protect the woman he loves and bring fairness to the village.
