Uzhiyan(1994)
Uzhiyan is a 1994 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by C. Durai Pandian. The film stars Arun Pandian and Vineetha in lead roles, with Sarath Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Geetha in supporting parts. The story follows Thilakan, an army soldier who goes rogue to rescue his kidnapped sister from a corrupt politician. The narrative also addresses water scarcity in rural Tamil Nadu caused by illegal cannabis cultivation. The film was produced by Lakshmikaran Enterprises and features a soundtrack composed by Manoj Saran. It was released on 4 March 1994.

Storyline
Thilakan is a brave soldier who goes on the run after attacking military officers. He is actually trying to find his missing sister Meena. A corrupt MLA named Govindaraj has kidnapped her. Thilakan must escape the army and fight Govindaraj to save his sister and bring justice to his village.
