'Chinna Pulla' (1994) is a Tamil-language drama film directed by Marumalarchi Bharathi, credited as K. Baskaran. The film stars Chinni Jayanth and Revathi in lead roles, with Ramesh Aravind, Thalaivasal Vijay, Vijayakumar, Vadivukkarasi, Vennira Aadai Moorthy, and Sathyapriya in supporting roles. The story follows Valliammai, a city college student who visits her father's native village and is raped by the village chief, who frames her intellectually disabled cousin for the crime. The film was one of six Tamil films submitted for consideration at the National Film Awards that year. It was released on 16 December 1994.

Storyline
A cheerful college girl named Valliammai goes to her father's village for vacation. She stays with her aunt and her intellectually disabled cousin Vadivelu. The village chief Subramani drugs and rapes her, then blames Vadivelu. As the truth comes out, lives are destroyed and no one escapes the tragedy.
