Aavarampoo(1992)
'Aavarampoo' is a 1992 Indian Tamil-language teen romance film directed by Bharathan and produced by Keyaar. It stars Vineeth as Sakkarai, Nandhini as Thamarai, and Nassar as Thevar. The story follows Sakkarai, a mentally ill orphan who works for Thevar and falls in love with his daughter. Aasari, a villager seeking revenge, manipulates Sakkarai into a physical relationship with Thamarai. Thevar discovers the relationship and forces Thamarai to marry a drunkard. The film is a remake of the 1980 Malayalam film 'Thakara'. Nassar won the Tamil Nadu State Film Special Award for Best Actor for his performance. The soundtrack was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. The film was released on 12 June 1992.

Storyline
Sakkarai is a mentally ill orphan who works for Thevar, a powerful village master. He falls in love with Thamarai, Thevar's daughter. Aasari, a vengeful villager, manipulates Sakkarai into a relationship with Thamarai. When Thevar finds out, he beats Sakkarai and forces Thamarai to marry a drunkard. Sakkarai must fight for his love.
