Oyilattam(1991)
Oyilattam is a 1991 Indian Tamil-language dance film written and directed by R. Sundarrajan. The film stars C. Ranganathan and Charmila in their debut lead roles. Storyline
A poor village dancer named Ranganathan dreams of winning the annual Oyilattam competition and marrying his love Charmila. A wealthy rival arrives, spreads lies, and uses money to steal both the trophy and the girl. Ranganathan must prove his worth through the only language he knows—dance.
