'Lokame Kothaga' is a 2011 Telugu-language drama film directed by Bharath Parepalli. The film stars Shivaji and Aditi Agarwal in lead roles, with supporting performances from Suman, Sutti Velu, and Vizag Prasad. The story follows four college girls from different backgrounds navigating love, friendship, and family pressures in Hyderabad. The film attempts to be a modern coming-of-age story centered on female perspectives, a rare approach in Telugu cinema at the time. Critics panned the film for weak acting, poor dialogues, and a confusing moral message. The music, composed by Lalith Suresh, was also criticized for being boring and including two songs copied from A.R. Rahman. Storyline
Aditi, a modern Hyderabadi girl, joins a new college and befriends three other girls with very different problems. One has a violent father, one uses boys for money, and one has a secret love. As Aditi tries to help her friends, her own sweet romance with a musician named Rahul gets complicated. The girls must face their struggles and grow up.
