Maaro(2011)
Maaro (also known as Maaro: Violent But Silent) is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Siddique Ismail. The film stars Nithiin and Meera Chopra in lead roles, with Abbas and Kota Srinivasa Rao playing antagonists. The story follows Sundaram, a young man who investigates a bank robbery that killed a girl and drove the manager to suicide. He uses disguises and clever tricks to expose the real criminals, including a powerful ex-minister. The film is a remake of the Tamil film Sadhu Miranda and is loosely based on Siddique's own Malayalam film Mannar Mathai Speaking. It was shot between 2005 and 2006 but shelved, and finally released in 2011 to capitalize on the director's success with Bodyguard. The music was composed by Mani Sharma and released by Aditya Music.
