Storyline

Balu is a carefree American boy who falls in love with his neighbour Swapna, an Indian girl who doesn't speak English. Their families hate each other and separate the lovers. Swapna proposes a one-year contract of silence to prove their love. When lies and misunderstandings threaten their relationship, Balu and Swapna must make a desperate choice to be together.
