
Maryada Ramanna(2010)
Maryada Ramanna is a 2010 Indian Telugu-language comedy drama film directed by S.S. Rajamouli. The film stars Sunil, Saloni Aswani, and Nagineedu in lead roles. The story follows an orphan named Ramu who returns to his ancestral village in Rayalaseema to sell inherited land. He unknowingly walks into a generations-old family feud and discovers his host family has sworn to kill him. The film is inspired by Buster Keaton's silent comedy 'Our Hospitality' and adapts it with a Rayalaseema backdrop of factional violence and hospitality. It was produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works, with music by M. M. Keeravani. The film received positive reviews and won four Nandi Awards, including Best Popular Feature Film. It was released theatrically on 23 July 2010 and became one of the highest-grossing Telugu films of the year.

Storyline
An orphan named Ramu travels to a remote village to sell his inherited land. He is welcomed by a wealthy family who promise to help him. But he soon discovers they are his father's sworn enemies. They cannot kill him inside their home, so he must never step outside. Ramu must use his wits to survive and escape the deadly trap.
