Trivia

  • The film's director, Vijesh Rajan, is a former assistant director known for his work on acclaimed independent Marathi cinema.
  • The Chudail's makeup and prosthetics took over four hours to apply each day, using a blend of traditional and modern techniques.
  • The taxi used in the film is a real, decommissioned Mumbai kaali-peeli cab, sourced from a scrapyard and restored for shooting.
  • A key chase sequence was filmed in the early morning at Mumbai's Sassoon Docks, a location rarely used in mainstream Hindi films.
  • The film's score incorporates a modified version of a traditional Rajasthani folk tune, often associated with ghost stories.
  • The actor playing Aman, a migrant driver, spent two weeks actually driving a ride-share in Mumbai to prepare for the role.
  • The movie's title was almost changed to 'The Last Fare' to avoid confusion with an unrelated Hollywood film from the 1990s.
