- Director Vinu Sridhar is known for his work in Telugu television before transitioning to feature films.
- The remote forest bungalow was a specially constructed set to allow for controlled filming of the horror sequences.

- The project was announced with a unique promotional still featuring the lead actors at the iconic Lovedale railway station.
- The film's score uses ambient forest sounds and minimal instrumentation to build psychological tension.
- This marks a genre shift for the director, whose previous work was primarily in family-oriented dramas.
