Storyline
Two brothers, Amarpal and Samarpal Singh, rule their area through fear, and even the police avoid them. Their son, Vikram, runs for a college election, and all the other students are too scared to run against him. However, a man named Shiva decides to find a candidate who will challenge Vikram in the election.
