Storyline

In 1960s India, Archie and his friends deal with young love and friendship. Their town of Riverdale faces a big change when a company wants to tear down the local park to build something new. The group must come together to try and save this special place.

• The film was shot in Ooty, India, which was chosen to mimic the lush, green hills of the fictional Riverdale.
• This was the first major acting role for several cast members, including Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor.
• The soundtrack features original songs in a 1960s pop style, with the actors recording their own vocals for many tracks.
• Zoya Akhtar deliberately cast newcomers to avoid audiences associating the actors with previous famous roles.
