- The film is an official remake of the 2022 Telugu movie 'Thank You', which itself was inspired by a real medical case of heteropaternal superfecundation.
- Director Anand Tiwari and actor Vicky Kaushal previously worked together on the 2018 Netflix anthology film 'Lust Stories'.
- The movie's plot is based on an extremely rare but real biological phenomenon where twins can have two different biological fathers.
- This is one of the few major Hindi films where the lead actress, Triptii Dimri, plays a character who is a professional chef.
- The film's promotional campaign highlighted its unique premise by using split-screen visuals and dual-themed posters to represent the two potential fathers.
- Composer-singer Amit Trivedi, known for his eclectic soundtracks, returned to collaborate with director Anand Tiwari after their work on the series 'Mismatched'.
- Despite being a comedy, the film incorporates brief explanatory graphics to help audiences understand the complex medical situation at the heart of the story.
