→Trivia
- The film's title is a playful nod to the 1929 Hollywood silent film 'Kitty Kelly' starring Norma Shearer.
- Director Vivek Shah shot the entire film in just 28 days, primarily on location in a single Mumbai apartment building.
- The role of the grumpy landlady Kanji was the first major Hindi film role for veteran Gujarati stage actress Hetal Puniwala.
- The film's plot structure, involving two murders in one night, is an homage to classic Hindi thrillers like 'Ittefaq' (1969).
- A real-life Bollywood backup dancer was consulted to choreograph the dance sequences for the character Kelly.
- The movie's promotional campaign heavily used social media reels featuring the lead actors in character, which went viral.
- Despite its thriller premise, the film includes several traditional Diwali songs, blending the festival's imagery with the dark plot.
