Amma Rajinama(1991)
Amma Rajinama is a 1991 Indian Telugu musical drama film directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. The cast includes Sharada, Kaikala Satyanarayana, Brahmanandam, Tulasi, Saikumar, and Prasad Babu. The story follows a housewife who resigns from her role as a mother after her family fails to appreciate her domestic labor. The film features a soundtrack by K. Chakravarthy with lyrics by Sirivennela Sitaramasastri. Cinematography was handled by Chota K. Naidu in his debut feature. The movie was remade in Kannada as Amma in 2001.

Storyline
A devoted mother does everything for her family — cooking, cleaning, and serving — but receives no thanks. When she falls ill and no one cares, she writes a resignation letter quitting her job as a mother. Her family must learn to survive without her and realize the value of her love and work.
