Onaayum Aattukkuttiyum Full Story Explained (2013)

The film begins on a dark road in Chennai. A man with a gunshot wound lies bleeding. People walk past him. No one helps. Then Chandru, a medical student, finds him. Chandru tries to take him to a hospital. No one agrees to help. So Chandru takes the stranger to his own house. He performs surgery and saves the man's life. The next morning, Chandru learns the truth. The man is a wanted criminal named Wolf. The police arrest Chandru's entire family. They accuse them of helping a criminal. The police tell Chandru that his family will be released only if he kills Wolf. They give Chandru a gun. Chandru agrees to the plan. He calls Wolf and agrees to meet him at a train station. But Wolf is smarter than the police. He kidnaps Chandru on a hijacked train. They escape together. Wolf takes Chandru to a temple. There, Wolf meets a blind woman. Chandru attacks Wolf with a rock and subdues him. But when Chandru goes to call the police, Wolf escapes with the woman. Chandru follows them. He sees Wolf meeting another blind woman and a little blind girl. Chandru threatens to shoot the girl. He forces Wolf to the ground. But then Thamba's men arrive. They kidnap both Chandru and Wolf in a van. Wolf fights back. He pushes one man out of the van. They escape again. Wolf takes Chandru to a cemetery. A blind man and a blind woman are waiting there. They light candles for their son. Wolf accidentally killed their son while working for Thamba. Since then, Wolf has been taking care of the blind family. He gives them money and protects them. He stopped working for Thamba. That is why Thamba wants him dead. The police and Thamba's men attack at the cemetery. The blind man is shot dead. The blind woman is killed too. Only the little blind girl survives. Wolf carries her to a basement car park. He waits for someone to take her away. But Thamba's men find them. They kill the blind woman who was protecting the girl. Chandru finally understands the truth. Wolf is not a villain. He is a guilty man trying to make things right. Chandru picks up a weapon. He fights alongside Wolf. Together they kill Thamba's men. Wolf knows he cannot escape. He asks Chandru to take care of the little girl. Then Wolf shoots himself in the stomach. He surrenders to the police. The film ends with Chandru walking away, carrying the little blind girl in his arms.
