Warning is a 2013 Hindi adventure thriller 3D film directed by Gurmmeet Singh and co-directed by Vishal Chaturvedi. It stars Santosh Barmola, Jitin Gulati, Sumit Suri, Manjari Fadnnis, Madhurima Tuli, and Suzana Rodrigues. The story follows seven school friends who reunite on a yacht in Fiji and become stranded in the ocean after forgetting to lower the boarding ladder. The film is an official remake of the 2006 American film Open Water 2: Adrift. It was produced by Anubhav Sinha under his Benaras Mediaworks banner. The movie received mixed reviews for its pacing but was praised for its underwater cinematography and survival tension. It was released in theaters on September 27, 2013, in both 2D and 3D formats.

Storyline
Seven old school friends reunite for a luxury yacht trip in Fiji. They jump into the sea for a swim, but nobody lowers the ladder. Now they are trapped in the open water with no way to climb back on board. The sun burns them, a shark circles, and their friendships crack under the pressure of survival.
