  • Actress Ahsaas Channa, who played the daughter, was only 10 years old during filming.
  • The movie's release was delayed by a week to avoid clashing with a big Hollywood film.
  • Director Milind Gadagkar also wrote the story, which was inspired by real-life exorcism reports.
  • It performed poorly at the box office, earning much less than the first 'Phoonk' movie.
  • Some scenes were filmed in a real, reportedly haunted, fort in Rajasthan to add authenticity.
