Biography
Sai Ramani is a Tamil cinema director and screenwriter, primarily known for writing and directing commercial action entertainers. His debut directorial Singam Puli (2011), starring Jiiva in a dual role alongside Divya Spandana and Santhanam, was a twin-brothers action thriller with music by Mani Sharma. He followed this with Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva (2017), a Tamil remake of the Telugu hit Pataas, featuring Raghava Lawrence and Sathyaraj. A self-confessed Rajinikanth fan and former member of his fan club, Sai Ramani has publicly expressed interest in directing a Baashha sequel with the superstar.
