Biography
Aparna is a Telugu cinema actress best known for her role as Roja in the 1992 blockbuster Sundarakanda, directed by K. Raghavendra Rao and produced by K.V.V. Satyanarayana, who is her brother-in-law. The film, a remake of the Tamil hit Sundara Kandam starring Venkatesh and Meena, was a major box office success and launched Aparna as an overnight star heroine in Telugu cinema. She went on to receive numerous acting offers following the film's success. She later married NRI Srikanth in 2002 and relocated to the United States.
