Raj Pippalla is an Indian film director working in Telugu cinema, known for blending comedy with ensemble storytelling. He made his feature directorial debut with Boni (2009), an action-adventure comedy starring Sumanth and Kriti Kharbanda (in her acting debut), produced under Green Mangoes Cinema. His second feature, Bangaru Kodipetta (2014), was a romantic comedy starring Navdeep and Swati Reddy, set against the Sankranti harvest festival and featuring three intertwined storylines. Beyond feature films, Pippalla has directed commercials internationally for brands including Adidas and Levi's, and co-wrote a script optioned by Working Title Films in London.
