Samyuktha Horanadu (also credited as Samyukta Hornad) is a Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil actress born in Bengaluru, daughter of veteran Kannada actress Sudha Belawadi and scriptwriter M. G. Sathya Rao. She debuted in the 2011 Kannada film Lifeu Ishtene and won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress – Kannada for her role as Meghana in Oggarane (2014), a performance she reprised in the Telugu trilingual Ulavacharu Biryani (2014) opposite Prakash Raj and Sneha, for which she learned both Telugu and Tamil. She has demonstrated range across OTT platforms, playing ACP L. Sakshi in the Disney+ Hotstar series Jhansi (2022–2023) and Nagaveni in Amazon Prime's One Cut Two Cut (2022). Her role as Savithri in the Kannada film Toby (2023) earned her the SIIMA Award for Best Supporting Actress – Kannada in 2024.
