K. Veeru (also credited as Veeru K) is a Telugu cinema director, screenwriter, and composer based in Hyderabad, Telangana, known for working across multiple roles in film production. He won the Nandi Award for Best First Film of a Director for his 1997 debut Pelli Vara Mandi, which he also wrote and scored. His 2015 bilingual action-thriller Malini & Co., starring Poonam Pandey and Suman, was shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu and deals with terrorism and the life of a woman masseuse. He also owns the record label Vega Music, which has released albums in Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu.
