Vikram's Saamy Square hits screen next month

Vikram strarrer Saamy Square is all complete and would hit the screens this September. Bankrolled by Shibu Thameens, the movie's exact release date will be made known once an approval is obtained from the Tamil Film Producers Council, says Thameens. On his part, Vikram said, 'Working with director Hari is a delight. His dedication and involvement towards his script floored me. He has managed an engrossing entertainer in Saamy Square'.

He appreciated Bobby Simha who played baddie in the movie. 'He was there giving his best. He toned his physique and lost weight too during shoot, as demanded by the script', said Vikram. Thanking both Keerthy Suresh and Aishwarya Rajesh for their performance in the movie, Vikram said, 'Iam Happ that Shibu Thameens, who successfully distributed Saamy in 2003 has turned producer for Saamy Square'. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring music for the movie. Actors Prabhu, Soori, Ramesh Khanna are also in the cast.
