Varun Tej's next film, VT 14, is now titled Matka

VT 14, an upcoming project starring actor Varun Tej and directed by the renowned director Karuna Kumar of \"Palasa 1978\" fame. The film's official announcement took place on Thursday morning, accompanied by a muhurtham pooja. Unlike many other films, the title of VT 14, \"Matka,\" was revealed early on, and along with it, a captivating poster was unveiled.

The poster, adorned with earthy hues, features an illustration of a vintage military green colored car cruising atop a one-rupee coin. In the background, we catch a glimpse of another illustration showcasing a residence. The poster hints at the film being a period drama set in the 1960s.
In the movie \"Matka,\" Meenakshi Chaudhary takes on the role of the female lead, while Nora Fatehi, the talented Iranian-origin Bollywood model, singer, actor, and dancer, will be showcasing her skills in both talkie portions and dance numbers. The film is produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala under the banner Vyra Entertainments. This production banner is also concurrently working on \"Hi Nanna,\" Nani's next film, featuring Mrunal Thakur.
