Rajinikanth's long-awaited movie, Vettaiyan, will be shown in theaters in October. The company making the movie, Lyca Productions, shared this news on their social media accounts last Sunday.\r\n\r\nThe upcoming movie, directed by TJ Gnanavel, who gained fame for directing the Suriya-starrer Jai Bhim (2021), stars a big group of actors. This includes Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, Rithika Singh, and VJ Rakshan. Notably, Bachchan and Rajinikanth will be acting together after 33 years, last seen together in the Hindi film Hum in 1991.\r\n\r\nFilming for Vettaiyan started last October. The movie's music is by Anirudh Ravichander, who has worked with Rajinikanth before on Petta, Darbar, and Jailer. The cinematographer is S R Kathir and the editor is Philomin Raj.
