Aranmanai 4 will be in theaters in April. The makers revealed a new poster on Sunday for Tamil New Year and said the movie will come out on April 26. Directed by and featuring Sundar C, Aranmanai 4 also stars Tamannaah and Raashi Khanna.\r\n\r\nThe cast of Aranmanai 4 includes Santhosh Prathap, Kovai Sarala, VTV Ganesh, Rajaendran, Singapuli, and Yogi Babu. Sundar C mentioned during the trailer launch event that the film's storyline draws inspiration from an Assamese folklore about Baak, a water demon, believed to be one reason why empires couldn't expand beyond the Brahmaputra River.\r\n\r\n\r\nAranmanai 4 is supported by Benz Media Pvt Ltd and Avni Cinemax (P) Ltd. The technical team includes Hiphop Tamizha handling the music, Esakki Krishnasamy as the cinematographer, and Fenny Oliver S as the editor.\r\n\r\nAranmanai 4 will hit theaters alongside Vishal's 34th movie Rathnam, directed by Hari.

Sundar C. is a South Indian film director and actor. He has directed 25 films in Kollywood. His acting debut came in 2006 with the film Thalai Nagaram. Initially he worked as an assistant director to Actor/Director Manivannan and he was introduced as a director in the family drama Murai Maman. His most notable successful films include Ullathai Allitha, Arunachalam, Unnaithedi and Anbe Sivam. Other successful films include Mettukudi, Unakkaga Ellam Unakkaga, Winner, Naam Iruvar Nammaku Iruvar, Ullam Kollai Poguthae, Kalakalappu and the most recent Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru. He recently made his directorial debut in Telugu with the film, Something Something.
