Sowcarpettai, a true challenge for Srikanth and Raai Laxmi

Sowcarpettai is an upcoming horror comedy movie by Srikanth and Raai Laxmi with a good casting support. Vivek, Saravanan, Sampath, Suman, Kovai Sarala, Vadivukkarasi, Powerstar and Singampuli are playing pivotal roles with the lead. Directed by Vadivudaiyan, it is a trilingual in the name of Begum Beta in Telugu and Tantra Shakti in Hindi.

This movie will mark the debut of both the lead actors in Hindi. They are also hoping to have a breakthrough movie after their dull career growth. Shalom Studios have produced the flick and Sri Thenandal Films have purchased the theatrical rights.

Srikanth is playing dual role as an aghori with the climax scene being shot with 50 ghosts. The audio composed by John Peter is to be launched on October 20. The post production works are going on and the release date is yet to be known.
