OK Kanmani Hindi remake with the Aashiqui pair ?

The romantic drama by Mani Ratnam's OK Kanmani which had attracted the young audiences to a great extent will be remade in Hindi as well. The director had been known to do multilingual movies after venturing in his mother tongue.

He has confirmed the same in an interaction at Indian Film and Television Director's Association, Mumbai on November 16. Want to know who the romancing pair is? It is none other than our Aashiqui 2 lovers, Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor.

Shaad Ali, the director’s associate for Dil Se, Guru and Raavanan will be directing the Hindi version. In fact, Shaad had made his debut to Bollywood with the remake of Alaipayuthey as Saathiya in 2002.

But Mani Sir will still be co-working with the screenplay part. The rest of the team AR Rahman for music and PC Sreeram for cinematography will be carried down. The shooting is expected to roll out by the beginning of 2016.
