Killing Veerappan gets a release date

The biopic documentary movie on how the cops killed Veerappan, the sandalwood smuggler has been made successfully by the Ace director Ram Gopal Varma. Shivaraj Kumar will play the role of the police who lead the Operation Cocoon.

Sandeep Bhardwaj will be seen as the Veerappan. Agna Shetty, Parul Yadav and producer Rockline Venkatesh are also playing crucial roles with them. Made in Kannada, it will be simultaneously released in Hindi and Telugu versions also.

The makers have zeroed the release date as December 4. The official trailer released on October has received critical acclamations for RGV. The movie will revolve around the circumstances that led to the killing of the notorious brigand.
