Konkana Sen Sharma who is a prominent bollywood actress is all set to make her directorial debut titled “Death at the Ganj”. The film stars Kalki Koechlin and Vikrant Massey in the lead roles. Kalki plays the role of a 34 year old Anglo-Indian woman of the 70’s and will be seen sporting saree and lots of winter clothes. She is also learning Bengali as she has to speak a few dialogues in that language.\r\n\r\nThe film is touted to be a thriller and will be of the Hindi-English (HINGLISH) type. Kalki and Konkana have previously starred together in “Ek Thi Daayan” hence they don’t seem to have any difficulties handling each other.

Kalki Koechlin is an Indian film actress of French descent who debuted in Anurag Kashyap's critically acclaimed Hindi film Dev.D (2009). She played the character of Chandramukhi in the film, a modern take on Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's Bengali novella Devdas, and won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal.
