Sibiraj’s next Kattapava Kaanom is about a Fish ??

Actor Sibiraj who was last seen in Pokkiri Raja is ready to hit back again in a comedy entertainer Kattapava Kaanom. Directed by Mani Seiyon, the Kaaka Muttai actress Aishwarya Rajesh is paired with Sibi as the leading lady. Kattappa, as in the title means a fish and looks like the story revolves around a fish bringing luck to whomever owns it.

Also there is an important character in the film who plays the titular role as shared by the director. When the discussion for the title was taking place, it was Sibiraj who suggested the name as his father Sathyaraj is known for playing the role Kattappa in the magnum opus Baahubali. Produced by WindChimes Media Entertainments, the shooting has been recently wrapped up and the post production works have just begun.

The movie is an in-and-out comedy flick and the dubbing works have also started with the lead actors. Meanwhile the team released the first look poster on June 23 featuring the actor in a backdrop of water with bubbles. The movie is likely to hit the screens in the month of August. Sibiraj also has the release of another horror comedy Jackson Durai starring Sathyaraj and himself on July 1.
