Trisha’s Nayaki censor report

The upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual Nayaki featuring Trisha in the lead role has been censored. Produced by Giridhar Production House, it has been given with 'A' certification. Billed as a retro horror comedy, Trisha looks terrifying in the trailer that was released recently. Directed by Govardhan Reddy, the film is likely to hit the screens on July 1.

The producers are happy that the movie has fetched good price in Tamil and Telugu as Sri Thenandal Films in Kollywood has bought the theatrical rights for a decent amount. The maker Raj Kandukuri has shared that most Telugu films doesn’t fetch a good price in Tamil, but Nayaki has done justice to the producers.

Thanks to the ensemble cast of pan actors like Trisha, Ganesh Venkatraman, Manobala, Kovai Sarala and Brahmanandam. The music was composed by Raghu Kunche and the album launched last week has received mixed responses. Sai Karthik who had scored BGM for the horror Raju Gaari Gadhi has composed BGM for Nayaki too. The movie also has a good work of computer graphics for continuous 40 minutes.
