Janatha Garage box office report

Jr.NTR starrer Janatha Garage which released on September 1 had been ruling the box office more than our expectations. The Koratala Siva directorial had indeed impressed the audiences and became the third largest opener in South India on the first day itself by garnering 21 crores on Day 1 from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions and 41 crores including other states.

The feats were previously achieved by Kabali with 87.5 crore and Baahubali with 73 crore. Furthermore, this flick is known to have bagged the second place next to Baahubali in reaching the 50 crore mark fast from the worldwide collections. Thanks to the commercial entertaining elements in the film and not to mention, the popular cast and crew members like NTR, Mohanlal, Samantha, Kajal Agarwal and Nithya Menon.

Above all, DSP’s music has been enthusiastic to the audiences with the peppy tracks. Cinematography taken care by Thirunavukkarasu has been ambient in many scenes with mild lighting and pleasant to the viewers. The overall budget invested by the Mythri Movie Makers is 40 crores. The collections are expected to go over 100 crores as this action flick is approaching the three day Vinayagar Chathurthi weekend.
