Check out Jyothika's modern look in Magalir Mattum

The 36 Vayathinile actress made a stunning comeback into Kollywood last year in a traditional saree look. Now her next film signed with the National Award winning director Bramma will have her in a totally new avatar. Titled as Magalir Mattum, the first look of it revealing the lady's getup was released.

To everyone's surprise, Jo is seen to have a modern look in a jeans holding a high tech camera. It is then unveiled that she plays a documentary filmmaker in this flick. The other members includes an ensemble cast of yesteryear actresses like Urvashi, Saranya Ponvannan and Bhanupriya.

As for the male members, Nassar, Livingston and Pavel are part of the film. The 1994 Magalir Mattum title has been borrowed for this women centric film, though sources confirm that it is not a remake. Produced by Suriya under his home banner 2D Entertainments along with Chris Pictures, the Singam actor is likely to make a special appearance in this flick.
