Arvind Swamy gets to romance the Irudhi Suttru actress

Director Selva of Naan Avanillai fame has been returning to filmmaking after a brief gap of 4 years with Arvind Swamy playing the main lead in his flick. The team had been hunting for the female lead and they have finalised Ritika Singh to pair with Arvind for the first time.

The director also revealed in a recent interview that the actor will be playing a stylish cop and there is a surprise element waiting for the fans from Arvind Swamy-Ritika Singh pair. Apart from this flick, Ritika is a part of the Telugu remake of Irudhi Suttru with Venkatesh and also in Shivalinga with Raghava Lawrence.

The pre-production works are currently taking place before the movie running on floors from February, 2017. Touted to be a cop-action thriller, the shooting will take place at various locations within Tamil Nadu. D.Imman has been signed in to score the tunes. To be produced by MR Ganesh under Magic Box Films banner, it is a straight opposite character for Arvind Swamy after essaying a deadly villain in Thani Oruvan.
