'Lion’ is all set to release this month

The movie ‘Lion’ won 2 BAFTA award this year for Best actor in a supporting role and for The Best adaptive screenplay. The movie cast includes Dev Patel, Nicole Kidman, and Sunny Pawar in lead roles.

This movie is based on the real-life story of Saroo a 5 yr old kid gets lost in a train in Kolkata leaving his brother behind. He later is adopted by an Australian family and taken to Australia. After 25 years, Saroo starts to remember his childhood days in Kolkata and wants to reunite with his family with the help of Google Earth to find his place where he lived in Kolkata.

Sunny Pawar, a 5-year-old kid has portrayed the role of young Saroo and Dev Patel plays the role of Saroo as an adult. Sunny Pawar won accolades for his performance in the movie.

The movie was taken in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Already the English version of the movie is a huge hit in the Hollywood.

A New poster of the film was released earlier for the Hindi version which will be released this month. ‘Lion’ is all set to hit Indian theaters on 24th February.
