Allu Arjun to play as a Soldier in Vamsi’s directorial debut

Allu Arjun has been busy in completing shooting for ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’ opposite Pooja Hegde in Harish Shankar’s direction.

The actor recently signed up for a film with screenwriter Vakkantham Vamsi, who is all set to direct his debut film. The film is tentatively titled as ‘Naa Peru Surya’ and Allu Arjun will essay the role of a soldier. The film will be shot in the locations of Kashmir and other locations for a war effect.

Disha Patani of ‘M S Dhoni’ and ‘Loafer’ fame is in discussion as the female lead and Vishal – Shekhar have been roped in to compose music for this film. ‘Ramalakshmi Cine Creations will be producing this film and the makers have planned to release the film next year for Sankranthi.
