Few days back Captian Vijayakanth’s birthday was celebrated, he turned 65 this year yet he is energetic and active. His activity as a politician and actor is highly regarded by the Tamil film fraternity. Captain Vijayakanth had a visitor today to his office; it was none other than actor/director Pandiarajan. They had a cup of tea and lot of talks. Their meeting would have last for more than an hour it is believed to be a friendly meeting.

Vijayaraj better known by his stage name Vijayakanth, is an Indian politician and the current Leader of the Official Opposition of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.Vijayakanth is one of the very few Tamil actors to have acted only in Tamil movies throughout his career, though his movies have been dubbed into other languages.
