Udhayanidhi's new attempt in his upcoming Nimir

Nimir starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Parvathi Nair and Namitha Pramod in lead roles is directed by National award winning filmmaker Priyadarshan. Nimir happens to be a remake of super hit Malayalam movie ‘Maheshinte Prathikaram’, which had won National award as well. Earlier, Nimir was scheduled to release by 26th of January. Since the release date is nearing it has been now censored and CBFC has given a U certificate for Nimir.

The film is produced by Santhosh T Kuruvilla and musical score is done by Darbuka Siva and Ajaneesh Loknath. Samuthirakani, MS Bhaskar and Shanmugharajan alongside director Mahendran are playing important roles in this movie. Udhayanidhi has already released in his film on Pongal fest, Valentines day and New Year; this is the first time Udhayanidhi Stalin is releasing his film on the occasion of Republic day
