• Vidyullekha Raman was cast in Run Raja Run because director Sujeeth needed a loud, over-the-top friend for Sharwanand's character. Jayaprakash was already locked as the hero's father. Their first scene together was a chaotic family argument — and they improvised half the dialogue on the spot.
• In Sarrainodu, Jayaprakash played the stern father and Vidyullekha played the comic sidekick. They never shared a single scene together in that film — but off-camera, Jayaprakash would run lines with her before every take because she was nervous acting opposite Allu Arjun.
• During the shoot of Mr. Majnu, Vidyullekha's mother was hospitalized. Jayaprakash quietly arranged for a car to pick her up from the set every evening and drop her at the hospital, without telling anyone on the crew. She found out only after the film wrapped.
• The family comedy scenes between Jayaprakash and Vidyullekha in Run Raja Run were so well-received that director Sujeeth wrote a whole subplot for them in his next film — but the project got shelved. That unused script later inspired the family dynamics in the 2021 hit Jathi Ratnalu.
