• Sithara and Nagendra Babu first shared screen space in 'Padam Pesum' (2016), a Tamil-Telugu bilingual that was originally meant to have a different female lead. Nagendra Babu personally recommended Sithara to the director after seeing her work in a short film, and she was cast within a week.
• In 'Aravindha Sametha' (2018), Nagendra Babu played a ruthless faction leader while Sithara played a village girl caught in the crossfire. Their only scene together — a tense confrontation in the rain — was shot in one take because both actors kept improvising dialogue that made the director laugh, breaking the tension.
