• In Hungama (2005), Narayana’s deadpan timing forced Narsing Yadav to overreact in every scene — the louder Yadav got, the quieter Narayana became. That push-pull rhythm is what made their comedy click.
• They first met on the sets of Chandralekha (1998) because director Jandhyala deliberately paired a veteran comedian (Narayana) with a newcomer (Yadav) to see if the younger actor could hold his own. Yadav later said Narayana taught him how to pause for laughs.
• During the shoot of Kurradu (2009), Narayana would rewrite Yadav’s lines on set without telling the director. Yadav never complained — he said Narayana’s edits always got bigger laughs.
