• Anil Ravipudi was a debut director when he cast Posani in 'Pataas' (2015). Posani was already a veteran writer-actor. Ravipudi later said he was nervous directing someone so senior, but Posani showed up on set without any ego and just asked, 'Where do you want me to stand?'
• In 'Supreme' (2016), Posani played a comedic villain. Ravipudi let him improvise most of his dialogue. Posani would rewrite his lines on set in real time, and Ravipudi kept the camera rolling. The final film used almost all of Posani's ad-libs.
• Their third film together, 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' (2020), was a blockbuster. It directly led to Ravipudi casting Posani in his next two films — 'F3' (2022) and 'Bhagavanth Kesari' (2023). Without that 2020 hit, Posani might not have become Ravipudi's go-to supporting actor.

• Ravipudi once said about Posani: 'He is the only actor who can make me laugh during a serious scene. I have to cut the shot because I start laughing. He doesn't even try — it's just his timing.'
